About EarnLocal

EarnLocal is a hyperlocal marketplace designed to connect teens with safe, parent-approved paid work from people and small businesses nearby.

We are tackling a familiar catch-22: teens need experience to get a job, but they often need a job to gain experience. A first step can be as practical as mowing a yard, helping at a party, caring for a pet, refereeing a game, or supporting a local shop.

Our goal is to make those first opportunities clearer and easier to navigate—with parent involvement, specific job details, useful profiles, and a work history that grows one completed gig at a time.
